UH, I FORGOT TO MY LIST OF POSITIVE THINGS YESTERDAY.
Ok, quick recap:
- Had a tonne of food
- Had sushi, delish
- Have Netflix to binge watch Brooklyn 9-9 on
- Kids slept early
Work stuff. Hmm. Has RMO made me lazy? Or am I memang macam ni? I definitely have a problem with taking responsibility. That I know.
And now I also have to change that way of putting it into words. Like Vasos said, instead of labelling it as a “problem” that I have and making a part of me, word it in a non-concrete way… ? Like it’s something I CAN and WANT to change. Something more actionable rather than a saying it as a fact or statement.
So, instead of, “I have a problem with taking responsibility”.
Change it to, “I want to be more responsible for my income, health and lifestyle.”
Something like that.
Yeah, I can feel it. The change of emotions when I read the second sentence. It feels motivating.
Hm.
Thoughts are powerful…. *stares of into space*
I’m in this high mood, that when I read back the first sentence, I felt weird. Like there was a fence and something tried to push through but it was pushed back.
“I want to be more responsible for my income, health and lifestyle.”
This will be my daily affirmation.
